If you wish to return anything that you have bought from Habiby.com, we'll be happy to refund, or exchange provided that the ordered item is in fully re-saleable condition and the original packaging is not opened nor damaged. Once we check and verify the returned items are qualified, we will initiate refund to your account which was used to place order in our website. The funds may take time to reach your bank account due to different bank processing policy. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

 

If the product being returned is not in a fully re-saleable condition, or the packaging is damaged, or accessories, manuals or bundled items may be missing, Habiby.com reserves the right to refuse a refund, or deduct up to 90% of the original selling price from the refund. amount.

  2. Return Conditions: Return request is available within 15 days after delivery for any reason. All returns must be in good condition with the original tags, labels, and packing. Return Shipping Cost

If you choose Door-to-Door pickup service, the return shipping cost will be paid by Habiby.com directly, and if you choose self-return, you are required to pay the return shipping cost first and 25Dhs will be refunded to your account as return shipping cost compensation along with the items' price. If the return shipping cost is over 25Dhs, please contact customer service to refund the difference through WhatsApp, Email or our website online service.

 

The refund will be processed within 3 days after the package received, and it will be transferred to your original account.
